Wow. What kind of medium did you use? Either way, you did a very good job. It is misty and blurred exactly almost what you would expect for a waterfall city. The shadows are also really well done, especially since you're implying clouds even though the view of the sky isn't especially clear. It's nice seeing a white sky instead of the usual bright blue.

Omfg *-* It is amazing. Though i wish you would have put more detail on the temple, so you can clearly see the blocks and the other small details like the rocks on the cliffs and the water. It is so amazing *-*

Very interesting concept. The composition is dynamic and carries the eye throughout the picture. The use of light, shade and changes in detail used well to express depth. I love the choice of the birds to bring life into it. Water is very difficult to capture and I can see the areas where water is meant to be flowing but in some areas it looks more frozen than flowy, yet overall the impression is there. Thank you for this thought-provoking piece!

i always hesitate to critique digital art, since i have none posted, but one thing jumps out at me, the right third of the image, from the pyramid down, looks really busy, with radiating lines, and the vague suggestion of a pattern, maybe smooth it out?
