I recently got a 3DS so I'm happily reliving my favorite game-- Zelda: Ocarina of Time! And so I keep finding myself thinking of it's sequel, Majora's Mask; when I first encountered it as a kid, the game weirded me out in ways I couldn't really understand or put into words-- but looking back at it now, my appreciation for it has grown exponentially. MM is so unique and brilliant, and psychologically dark in all the right ways; the music, concepts, story and so forth are capable of provoking gut feelings that leaves you in a pensive state.
I really hope to be able to play it on the 3DS eventually (Or the Wii U, that'd be awesome as well...)!
Edit: IGN's holding a vote to help Nintendo decide which Zelda game to make a remake of, and MM is a candidate. Check it out here if you're interested in voting! Thanks *lulles!
In the meantime, as I don't have an N64 anymore (nor a TV for that matter, ha!) I've been watching some OoT/MM speedruns and Chuggaaconroy's playthrough of MM as I draw. Fun (and, in the case of the speedrun glitches, amazing) stuff!
Edit 6/18/12: Still not entirely satisfied with the colors, so I subtly tweaked some of it. Don't know if I'll end up messing around with it later again later to a larger extent, but... there we go for now!
AAAH! I ♥ Majora's Mask! (I can't play it... 'cause... Only 2 games can be created... One is my sisters and another my grandmas...) Nuuuuuu x( This is too beautiful for me.
Majora's mask was actually my least favorite game as a child, people usually hate on me for that, but do you realize how terrifying that game was to an eight year old boy? Knowing that everyone was going to die and you had no clue how to fix it?

This is really good~
